COVID-19 POLICIES

The following is a summary of changes we have made temporarily and indefinitely while we support social distancing and the impacts of COVID-19 within our communities. These are amendments to our original policy and you can find those full details here

Changes to Return Policy

  • We have extended our return window to 60 days from time of receiving package 
  • The remainder of our Return Policy remains the same 

Changes to Shipping Policy

Our current fulfilment times have extended due to lower operating capacity and are as follows:

  • Non-peak times: 5-7 business days
  • Peak times (within one week of seasonal launches): 7-10 business days

All shipping will be done through Canada Post and available shipping options for your purchase will be provided at checkout.

XpressPost shipping timeframe is 1 to 3 business days based on your location. 

Regular shipping timeframe is 2 to 7 business days based on your location.

Changes to Local Delivery/Shipping

We are currently offering contact-free local pick-up at our Chatham Showroom. Once a pick-up order is placed, you will receive an email when you're items are ready for pick-up. Once you confirm your pick-up time, your package will be left for you in our pick-up bin. Please note the following hours for pick-up:

  • Monday 10 - 4
  • Tuesday 10 - 4
  • Wednesday 10 - 4
  • Thursday 10-4
